Why BFR

Built around the things riders worry about

Scratched tanks, crushed suspension, bikes left waiting at depots, quotes that change at the truck — we designed the service around the horror stories, so your move has none.

Door to door on both ends

Condo car park, hotel, dealership or your gate — we collect and deliver at the address, not a depot you have to reach.

Strapped like it matters

Soft loops at the bars and frame, front wheel in a chock, straps clear of the exhaust, blankets between bikes. Hooks never touch paint.

Covered box trucks

Your bike rides inside, out of the rain, sun and highway grit — not on an open pickup bed.

Three fixed corridors

South to Phuket, north to Chiang Mai, and across Isan — the same loops driven again and again, so nothing about your route is an experiment.

Bangkok hub for cross moves

All three loops meet in Bangkok. Pattaya to Phuket or Chiang Mai to Krabi becomes one booking with one WhatsApp thread.

Honest timing

Runs depart when a load fills. Before you commit, we tell you the next realistic pickup window for your corridor — in writing.

How it works

From first message to handover

  1. Message us on WhatsApp

Send the bike model, pickup city and destination. You get a written quote with everything included — no obligation.

  2. We confirm the pickup window

Runs are consolidated along our three loops. We tell you the next realistic window for your corridor before you commit.

  3. Pickup with condition photos

The crew photographs your bike, loads it over a proper ramp, straps it with soft loops and a wheel chock, and it rides in a covered truck.

  4. Delivery to the door

You (or your contact) receive the bike at the address, check it against the pickup photos, and the same WhatsApp thread closes the loop.

How your bike actually travels

Individual wheel chocks and soft straps on a shared load
Crew rolling an adventure motorcycle up a loading ramp into a box truck
Proper ramps — no jumping bikes off tailgates

Questions

The things everyone asks first

How much does it cost to transport a motorcycle in Thailand?

It depends on the route, the size of the bike and how far the pickup and delivery addresses sit from our corridors. Message us on WhatsApp with your bike model and the two locations and you get a written quote — the price you see is the price you pay.

Will the straps damage my paint or suspension?

This is the most common fear we hear, and it is fair — badly strapped bikes do get damaged in this industry. We use soft loops at the handlebars and frame so ratchet hooks never touch paint, the front wheel sits in a chock, straps are kept clear of the exhaust, and we do not crank the suspension fully down. Moving blankets go between bikes on shared loads.

How long does delivery take?

We run consolidated loads along three fixed corridors, departing when a run fills rather than on a rigid timetable. Short corridors like Bangkok–Pattaya or Bangkok–Hua Hin see the most frequent runs. Tell us your dates on WhatsApp and we confirm the next realistic pickup window before you commit.

What paperwork do I need? What if the green book is not in my name yet?

For a straightforward move we just need your contact details and the pickup and delivery addresses. If you have just bought the bike and the ownership transfer is still in progress, tell us on WhatsApp — road transport does not carry the same registration requirements that stop people using the post or the railway.
